Upon arriving at the scene, the officers identified that the fire originated in trash and cardboard containers. Immediately, they requested the support of emergency services and proceeded to cordon off the area to avoid risks to visitors and workers. In coordination with the building's security personnel and citizens, the police carried out initial containment work using fire extinguishers, as well as buckets and jugs of water, which allowed to limit the spread of the flames.
